Let me start by saying that if it weren’t for Bill, I would not be in my current position. After spending more than 20+ years in the workforce, I found myself looking for employment, and what I found was as alien to me as landing on another planet. Oh sure, there were opportunities being posted, but getting in touch with a real person was near impossible, and then when you did, there were hundreds of others vying for the same job.
